Martin, originally from the Czech Republic has always been passionate about sports, athletic performance, health and fitness. He has played ice hockey since the age of 6 and signed his first professional contract at the age of 16. Due to a complicated injury Martin had to end his professional career and started his journey as a professional ice hockey coach.
He focused his efforts on ice hockey and becoming strength and conditioning specialist with a strong emphasis on complex approach to athleticism, proper movement development and injury prevention.
During his 16 years long career in the industry Martin has worked with ice hockey teams and individual players from various sports such as figure skating, baseball players, golfers, basketball players, cyclists, skiers, tennis players and swimmers. His specialty is sports specific training to maximize athletics performance.
Martin’s philosophy is train like a pro athlete no matter what age, fitness and skill level, goals and history. Professional athletes are in balance with regard to the requirements of their discipline and individual needs.
